More Adventures of Duncan & Owen

The boys have a new ride! I did tons of research before settling on the Baby Jogger City Classic double stroller. So far we LOVE it. All of us. The boys were getting too big for their Snap ‘n Go double stroller and since we’ll soon be switching out the infant car seats, we wouldn’t be able to use it anymore, anyway. As moms with twins know, strollers are so important. If I had one baby, I’d just pick him up and walk into the store and get what I need, but with two little guys, a stroller makes quick trips so much happier. I also took the stroller out on my usual walking route and it was a dream to push. Glides so easily and handles the bumps beautifully.
They’ve also been enjoying lots of fun times outside in the beautiful weather.
They both love the swing (thanks great-grandma Eller). That’s Owen enjoying it above.
Duncan’s taken to driving . . . well sort of.
Check behind before backing up!
I love that serious “little boy” expression!

I still can’t believe you have twin boys! I can’t get over it, and how cute they are.
That stroller is rockin! Nice wheels, and they look so comfy…talk about luxe!
Glad you are enjoying it too!
Yeah, it’s pretty much a Cadillac among strollers. I use the stroller all the time though, to work out, to go to stores, etc. If I just had one baby, I wouldn’t use it as much. I’d just pick the little guy up and run in and get what I need. With two you can’t do that. I had to go to three stores the other day before I got this and it was crazy! They hated their stroller and Owen cried about it the whole time he was in there. What works best if not using a stroller is putting one in the cart and putting one in a front facing baby carrier. This is great when you have to be in a store for a long time, but to just run in, it takes longer to get them set up then it does to get what you need at the store! Pretty crazy! So, basically I stay home a lot . . . ha ha!
Great stroller. I used my double until the boys were about 3 1/2. It was vital. One time I was having trouble with my stroller and the lady at Graco asked me to return it and they would send me another one (that’s what they do with non-vital items. The only non-vital item in their opinion is a car seat) - and wait about 10-14 days. I started crying on the phone. I told her that if I did that then I couldn’t leave my home with two 6 month olds. After she chatted with someone else, she told me to return the stroller, buy a new one and send them the receipt and they would reimburse me. Whew!
The stroller looks great!!!! How fun. And the boys are getting so big. Handsome little guys. Love the little car pics. I think we have the same one…it has gotten lots of use.
very cute Danielle
So cute!
I HIGHLY recommend the Keller book. It is definately one I am going to read more than once. I am about 3/4 through it.
I will post about it when I am done!
